RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We at Tsun Optica stand by our product and assure quality and durability. Although if you are not satisfied with our product, you may return any item within 10 days of purchase if the item is unused with the original tag still attached and in the original condition. You may also exchange it if you feel another style would be more suited.
You are entitled to a replacement for a major fault of the manufacturer. If you find this is the case, then we ask that you send the product back to us for assessment. We do not cover lens scratches, wear and tear, mishandling or abuse
Pack your product in a cardboard box or its original case and use a shipping service that offers insurance and tracking to ensure a safe delivery of your product. TSun Optica is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
If your sunnies are defective within 12 months, simply send them back to us! Please note it must be a manufacturer fault.
